Pre Primary Section

We have introduced ‘Play Group’ for the little bidding flowers having age above 2.5 years. The only purpose is to make them familiar with the school atmosphere and develop their sense of learning through play-way methods only. It is notable that it is completely a bag-free period of education, as we know our little kids are like wet cement, whatever falls on them makes an impression.

The students learn in an informal way through play way method with the help of specially designed aid to help in developing their psycho motor skills (learning by doing) under the guidance of learned and well trained Montessori teachers.

The Pre Primary section consists of three classes – Nursery, Kindergarten & Prep. It is open for the children above age 3 years. The duration of Nursery, Kindergarten & Prep classes is of one year each.

This is a one–year course. English, Hindi, Maths, G.K., Drawing and craft are the subjects chiefly taught in these classes; both written and oral emphasis is laid on reading and recitation. Education is imparted through audio visual aids, projectors, cassettes etc.

Primary Section (1st to 5 th)

The subject English, Hindi, Mathematics, Social Studies, General Sciences, General Knowledge, Computer, Music, Moral Education, Drawing and Craft are taught. Education is imparted through audio visual aids also. We teach social studies & science  through smart class. In the primary section we follow an informal approach “Learning by Doing.”

Middle Section (6th to 8th)

The subject English, Hindi, Mathematics, Social Studies, History, Civics, Geography, General Sciences, General Knowledge, Computer, Drawing and Craft are taught. Sanskrit is regarded as the third language. Education is imparted through audio-visual aids. We teach social studies & science through smart class. Students can design their own websites on latest software through fastest  computers. They have their E-mail ID on Internet.

Secondary Section (9th & 10th)

The subject English, Hindi, Mathematics, Science, History, Geography, Sanskrit and Computer are taught. A carefully planned academic syllabus ensures that the student enjoys the years spent in learning, discovering and acquiring a sound understanding of concepts in various subjects. Students can design their own websites on latest software through faster computers. They have their E-mail ID on Internet.

Senior Secondary Section (11th & 12th)

Hindi, English, Accountancy, B.O.,Physics, Chemistry and Economics / Mathematics / Computer(I.P.)/Biology are the main subjects. Presently senior secondary classes are running in commerce & science stream, the choice is available among Economics / Mathematics /Computer(I.P.)/Biology. The students of senior secondary classes have a well-equipped computer lab & science lab. The choice of combinations is restricted to facilitate formulation movement of students during school hours. No request either for other possible combinations or for change of combination is entertained. Students therefore are advised to choose their subject after careful study and due thought. The school has its own norms of eligibility for admission to class XI.

Eligibility

Age eligibility (As on 1st April of the academic session for which admission is sought)

• Playgroup – 2.5 years
• Nursery - 3 years
• UKG - 4 years
• Prep - 5 years
• Class I - 6 years
• Class II onwards - on the basis of previous class.

Procedure

A duly filled form available from the school is to be submitted with the non-refundable, non-transferable Registration Fee within 7 days from the date of issue of form or the last date given.

1. A copy of birth certificate must be attached with the registration form.
2. Students who have attended other schools need to submit a photocopy of the report card of the last year from the previous school along with transfer certificate.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE REGISTRATION DOES NOT IN ANY WAY GUARANTEE ADMISSION.

Admission Test

The children who have registered will have to appear for an admission test (for class III onwards), which may be written or oral as laid down by the School for different levels. The test will be held for English, Hindi, Mathematics and/or any other subject which may be considered necessary.

1. The selection of the candidates will depend upon the child's performance in the test/interview and availability of seats in the concerned class.
2. Assessment of the child for admission is also based on the following factors:
   1. Academic readiness and motivation.
   2. Social and emotional development.
   3. Family co-operation in working with the school and meeting the needs of the students.
   4. Ability of the school to serve the needs of the child.
3. The date of the result of the interview & the last date for the submission of fee will be specified at the time of the test/interview.
4. Based on the admission test and other criteria, the School reserves the right to admit any student who is found fit for admission or refuse admission without assigning any reason. For all matters related to admissions, the decision of the Principal/Management will be final.

Mode of Selection

1. The names of the children who are selected as per the admission procedure will be displayed on the notice board.
2. Submission of the evidence of date of birth if not yet given.
3. Evidence of passing the last class or promotion to present class.
4. Original Transfer Certificate from the previous school, which should be a recognized school, affiliated to the All India Board or a State Board of Education. Transfer Certificates have to be signed by DEO if transferred from other states.
5. A medical certificate from a qualified registered doctor showing the record of vaccination/ immunization etc. as well as mention of any particular ailment or health condition about which the school ought to know.
6. Passport size Photograph.
7. Proof of residence (Copy of Ration card / Voter's ID / Passport).
8. In case a boarder is adopted, parents will have to produce attested copy of the adoption certificate issued by the competent authority. In case of divorce/ separation, the parent who is admitting the boarder will have to produce copy of custody of child certificate issued by the competent law officer.

Admission will be valid only if the fee is paid in full by the due date along with the necessary documents and certificates as mentioned above and on completion of all formalities.
